SW offers new offers to employees working with and to the market and customers. Innovations, 5S, punctuality, honesty, reliability are in daily practice of every one in all units. I feel proud to hav worked in sheelagh group, if future if get a chance I would love to work in SW again.

Dislikes

Facilities should be in such that it will help the employees after there retirement also. Persons talent should be considered not recommendations. Rules should be followed for all employees equally.

When company hiring the employees not do the discussion clear when employees joined after that Lot of work, like go for delivery, do the cleaning self , everyday force to go field and find out society and marriage hall for activities this is all things is not fair because you should hire employees indoor sales not for outdoor
