There is a lot of egotism senior and the management doesn't understand our problem. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to nee joinees

There is a lot of Flexibility in STPL. An Employee can come and go at any office timings without affecting the most important thing i.e Sales. There is good amount of Travel as v have a Domestic & International Tours from the company from the co. with certain Terms & Conditions.
