The company provides all support for hr compliance like pf,epf,forms filling and all clerical and administration work.as I am experience person in different industry in admin and sales department but I had got good exposure in the company.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
