The company is good. I get lots of accounting knowledge of manufacturing company from my co-worker and senior person.

Dislikes

The company has not given any financial help in lockdown period from apr to onwards inspite of giving salary the company is terminating from the job with the allegations of poor performance. I have also done the lots of call and email for getting my salary but no one is listening from the company.

Hi! I m unable to recovered my f&f salary from Shark Shopfits Pvt. Ltd from Apr2020 to Onwards. Also have done lots of calls & mails for the same, even sent legal notice. finally, I have filed the legal case against the company. I know it'll not help me out BUT those who are working OR looking for work with this company won't help you due to lock down period and support their Co-workers. From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
