Company and everyone in the company is your TL or Manager or Head of the department is always with you when you need support and the salary was like fresher is 12k to 15k and for experienced it's will be like 18k to 25k-50k based on the department and requirement and increment was 25% year on year for freshers and it might be on performance based also.

Dislikes

Very less provident fund deduction and and very less facilities about your life and job security. Salaries for fresher and using the old 90's time methods using Excel in the time of ai hits different.
