It is my first company I have joined my job.It gives loans poor people to form groups like dwakra mahila groups for improve economical and financial status. Total teammates are very friendly and professional.

Dislikes

In our state microfine centre companies are shouting down due to political insolvent so job security is nil and It was away from my home town nearly 200km.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
