They have a great team, awesome management who support each other alot. One can learn many things from there. It's a nice start for freshers too. They give salary on time. They r very professional n work environment is great.

The only thing which is not nice that they hv ppl who are on high profile but don't hv qualification. Graduates are seniors and post graduates are junior. There hiring process is bad. They should value degree n knowledge also. In many departments the department heads don't even hv degrees but they r on good position which will make it very difficult for educated people to work with less educated people. Please respect educated people and their degrees and hard work....Read More

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
