It is disruptive when sometimes teachers leave in the middle of the academic year. Such departures impact students learning continuity and create challenges for the school in maintaining its reputation and managing class stability.

You can expect worst level of professionalism from these management. Main culprit behind the regressive policies and decision of the school is their HR manager. I was a resident teacher joined in July 2022 and was fired without any specific reasons as they got some teachers at cheaper salary. The worst part is they are not at all consideratet. I have been a part of Sharanya Narayani International School (SNIS) for the past 3 years and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional! I was initially drawn to SNIS because of its commitment to the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, which aligns with my educational philosophy. The working atmosphere at SNIS is both inspiring and supportive. The management and colleagues are very friendly, cooperative and helpful. The opportunities for professional growth at SNIS have been remarkable. I began my journey as as Associate Teacher in the Primary Years Programme (PYP). With the continuous support and encouragement from the leadership team, I advanced to the role of Homeroom Teacher in PYP. Eventually, I was entrusted with teaching responsibilities in the Middle Years Programme (MYP). This progression has significantly contributed to my professional development, allowing me to refine my teaching skills and broaden my educational perspectives. In summary, SNIS offers a nurturing environment that values collaboration, professional growth, and a shared commitment to educational excellence.
