Its not easy to put up all my thoughts and likings for Sharanya Narayani International School. I have completed my 8 successful years here at SNIS. Its a blessing for myself and my daughter who is studying in the same school since 8 years. SNIS is like my second family. Our HR and Admin Head is very much supportive, warm and welcoming for all the staff. Our efforts are always noticed and appreciated which keeps us going. We have staff from all around the Globe but at SNIS they feel at home. I am always thankful for the management for giving us all a wonderful opportunity. Its a continuous learning experience here at SNIS and keeps us occupied as we have so many activities which go on all through the year. We are respected and valued here which makes us feel satisfied working here cause without our seniors support its tough to work. Overall it is a good place to work....Read More

I am extremely grateful to be this wonderful school community. The administration fosters an environment where every teacher is respected and trusted with the freedom to innovate in the teaching methods. I have been a part of Sharanya Narayani International School (SNIS) for the past 3 years and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional! I was initially drawn to SNIS because of its commitment to the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, which aligns with my educational philosophy. The working atmosphere at SNIS is both inspiring and supportive. The management and colleagues are very friendly, cooperative and helpful. The opportunities for professional growth at SNIS have been remarkable. I began my journey as as Associate Teacher in the Primary Years Programme (PYP). With the continuous support and encouragement from the leadership team, I advanced to the role of Homeroom Teacher in PYP. Eventually, I was entrusted with teaching responsibilities in the Middle Years Programme (MYP). This progression has significantly contributed to my professional development, allowing me to refine my teaching skills and broaden my educational perspectives. So many things it is one of the worst school i have worked at due to their terrible work life balance, over expectations from employees on the weekends even after working till late in the night. Frequent changes in JD based on the management and HoD's whims and lack of respect and trust in younger employees especially female more trust is shown on the words of older employees by the management.
