I observed that spcl is good in governance department like HSE & QA/QC, Spcl have space application to record NCR of internal and external every 3 years third party audit done in RO and every 3 months internal audit done, work life balance was good as per site conditions some of the site has to report before 8:30am but work life is okay

Dislikes

Appraisal system was not at all good spcl provides online application what is written in our appraisal but it was not seen and most of project mangers and HR persons didn't call for appraisal and even they don't tell what they worte in appraisal and increment of salary is min 5% to 8% only for promotions they give 15%, As per market salaries r too loo in spcl.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
