Likes

Shapoorji Pollonji is a very Good construction company for employee , as compared to other company in this category. Working culture is too good, and professionally well managed. Although, you know , Job security is not permanent in any private sector company .

Dislikes

Castism + Work Politics ,make disappointed to employee .

Work Details

Excellent , comparative to other construction company like L&T, Simplex, Etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
