Her unprofessional behavior, use of abusive language, and constant mistreatment of employees have led many talented individuals to leave the company. She creates a toxic atmosphere and treats employees in a way that makes working there unbearable. Would not recommend anyone to work under her leadership. If the company genuinely wants to retain employees and avoid damaging its reputation in the market, management must address this issue immediately. I strongly suggest the company speak directly with current and ex-employees individually to understand her behavior. She's very bad, and her actions are tarnishing the company’s image. Avoid working under her leadership.

The finance team outright cheats the suppliers. Being a Project Head, I had to face all the grievance of agitated suppliers furious as not being paid in time and not paid after goods/ service delivery. The finance team has no ethical work standard.
