It’s a good company. I joined here as a Mechanical Engineer GET in 2017. I later got selected into ALDEP program of Shapoorji Pallonji which caters to provide project management knowledge at IIT Delhi helpful in personal as well as organisational goal. During the pandemic, Spcl had to face some debt obligations due to which employeereduction was carried out but the HR department helped them to arrange for their different job. Regarding salary and all everything has been smooth....Read More
