There is a chances to lost a employees job in certain Little single mistake which happened with me while I wash a concrete bucket which was used by another employee yesterday night. Result poor housekeeping and company kick off me.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no cooperarion from superior. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
