The Promoters of the company is very ethical and very established company since 150 years. The work culture is good at Head office and good for someone looking for work life balance & Job security. Its kind of semi government there is no difference between employees who performs good vs a poor performer. No one does the performance review everything is fixed by HODs and standard increments are in the range of 5-8 % and for good performance they may give maximum 10-12%. After having more than a decade of experience i can tell this company is excellent to join when you want to retire and need some peace in your work life. The Appraisal system in the company is pathetic. There is no one to review your performance and increment are given based on relation with your bosses. Expect no salary growth even after performing consistently and promotions happen only after 3-5 years that too if you perform good. Now a days they are unable to give salaries on time and No performance bonus. Top management politics are as any other corporate house and they will eat up all the cream and working level people will be there at the same position even after they may have give their sweat and blood. Currently in Oct 23 the situation is chaotic and not a good time to join. Job Security is good compared to other companies or even other sectors. Life will be comfortable for bachelors as the company provides accomodation, travel, house help etc.

Work Environment is becoming poor due to nepotism and favouritism culture. Salary is poor compared to market. Growth is poor for even the GETs/PGMTs as the management doesn't give promotion timely. Most of the Engineers and Managers aren't good with Technical Skills which doesn't make the work interesting. Most of the task becomes mundane and non technical. Her unprofessional behavior, use of abusive language, and constant mistreatment of employees have led many talented individuals to leave the company. She creates a toxic atmosphere and treats employees in a way that makes working there unbearable. Would not recommend anyone to work under her leadership. If the company genuinely wants to retain employees and avoid damaging its reputation in the market, management must address this issue immediately. I strongly suggest the company speak directly with current and ex-employees individually to understand her behavior. She's very bad, and her actions are tarnishing the company’s image. Avoid working under her leadership.
