Issues with payment of salary in timely basis. In some cases delay for 3-4 months My manager specifically was not good and not giving good quality work. She/he was coming late to office and making us also sit late

All there responsibility they gives there uder senior person and blame for wrong and if any good happenings take take their full credit without appreciating there senior and junior. There are perks working in corporate setup but still it's not satisfactory

1. Management decision makings are delayed, being corporate no one is ready to take any responsibility on their own 2. Substandard contractors are hired & are expected to deliver premier finish 3. The contracts team works as per their fancies n not as per project requirements 4. HR policies differ based on individuals n not uniform to all 5.
