Working in the company from beginning they don't have other experience and they will force you to be their bad culture don't allow you to do anything new. It's a good company to learn but not to live your life because of the culture developed by the very very old & long term working higher officials they were not a leader they are the survivors by owning someone's company as them,&teasing themselves as well asking us to live like that...
