It's a good company to learn but not to live your life because of the culture developed by the very very old & long term working higher officials they were not a leader they are the survivors by owning someone's company as them,&teasing themselves as well asking us to live like that...

1. Excellent platform for Engineers to learn and develop their skills. 2. You will encounter new problem statements everyday. So you will have lots of work and opportunities to interact with multiple departments and with customers to provide solutions.

1. Very low pay amoung listed companies 2. If you are more than one year experienced and looking to join this firm, choose wisely!!! You won't even be in consideration for a permanent role for the next 2 years. Even if you're the best performer in the company!! 3. Lots of politics. Deserving candidates are sidelined if you don't align with their views.
