I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The best thing about my job was the flexibility. I was given the liberty work as per my schedule. Supportive top management: They appreciate for good work and always open to suggest for better. They do ask a lot of questions to understand your thought process behind any decision making which I personally liked a lot.

Dislikes

Problem with Hierarchy. Your queries sometimes goes unanswered because you don’t get to know who to ask the question to, ultimately everything diverting towards the Director.
