Everyday you feel mistakes should never be made, though everyone here makes mistakes and that is what makes you a human being. If you become a common and soft target ,you are gone. You will never come to know why are you getting removed , if you have to be removed there will be vague reasons on the basis of which decisions are taken. Before selection there are so many stages through which you are selected and then suddenly one day you come to know you should leave . If you are honest ,hardworking ,no backbiting ,no buttering , not involved in any kind of stupid gossips, no blame game , not cunning and not very smart you are fired....Read More

Poorly managed good infrastructure

No vision. The work done is super mediocre. Teachers have no clue what to do. No idea about curriculum, collaboration or metacognition. The leadership team is exceptionally pathetic. Principal speaks incorrect English with a n equally pathetic pronunciation. Lift can be used only by management and Principal only god knows for what reason. Are others not humans??? . Zero HR policy. No induction or orientation. Random work thrown at people. No clarity on leave policy. They fire pregnant employee and then call them up to join when they are unable to fill in the position. Such hypocrisy. Salary slips not provided. No clarity on PF , tds and other deductions. Absolutism and nonsense politics. Everyone is in their own world<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No one is even bothered about pedagogical approach, child centric learning or even getting the basics right</mark>. The kids of lower classes don't even go the library. The teacher comes and narrates. What world are they living in!!! And worst, no one wants to mend ways, change with time and understand that it's about goals and not targets! It was a great experience working with Shaloms. It is quite a formal set up and provides opportunities for learning. The salaries and decent and the gentry ia good. I learned a lot and co faculty ia nice. It is equipped with student friendly amenities.

Dislikes

Politics in Management. Working hours. Not much growth. Teaching senior classes is much better. Workload is a bit heavy but thats ok. The biggest problem is handling parents some of whom are very fussy.

Working under the able guidance of MD Ma’am, VC Sir and Director Ma’am, was a learning every moment. I owe nearly everything that I am today, is to them! So the place is beautiful to work, to grow and to learn.
