Dislikes

I dislike the school's holiday policy, specifically the clubbing of holidays, which includes merging Sundays and other weekends. This results in a significant deduction of salary, even for weekends, which can be financially challenging. I wish the school could reconsider this policy to provide more flexible and fair holiday arrangements for staff.
