No support from company in COVID -19 Lockdwon. There is no job security. Management take wrong decision about employees but company policies are good.

When I was needed company's support and money, company has resigned me although I have 24 years of experience . I did very hardworking for company and company's projects as well. Also company has not give me mediclaim even I received a mail. We are facing a lot of financial difficulties. That's not right way to treat and behave with the employee. Company didn't even try to support and help me when I was tested positive for covid-19. Now what should I do. At these no will appoint me for job. Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
