Zero value company. Considered to be local brand . Incompetent leader are sitting on ladder of terminated employees efforts and work .

Dislikes

Harassment is reliving letter, unethical practice towards employee. All money of traveling needs to be paid from pocket. job duration only 2-3 months beyond that no chance. High attrition rate. Incompetent leadership.

Take half day leave they will mark as full day. No gravity in seniors language to talk to subordinate.

from 2013 to may 2015, top management was very good & supportive.

Dislikes

management changed in may 2015 & after that, it was terrible. no ethics at all.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
