Reporting managers are acting like bossy character and treating team mate's as slave. Especially in technical service team. No growth under these kind of managers. Working hours extending to more than 12 hours and too much of unnecessary travels.

Actually Shalimar is very culture but here very bad transportation at Chennai plant and food also worst, here the atmosphere is bad and dislike here.
