Directors are involved in each decision making process, no hierarchy is followed, even juniors can approach and complain about seniors, no job security and can be asked to leave immediately, no culture of incentive or bonus, mediclaim policy doesnot cover parents and is of 2.5 lakhs only, no term plan for employees, one of the director uses abusive language also and hardly respects anyone’s efforts....Read More
