If you talk about Job security then to be very frank keep working nobody can remove you here, still keep in mind that you are in a private firm. Management is really helpful in hard times especially during Covid.

No Increments in 5 years, No Training For architects, and no exposure in terms of growth. If you are an architect on the stage where you expect growth in Salary and Knowledge then you should try somewhere else.
