I worked only one year . There were no any Job security,not given any any appraisal,politics is very bad,overall I am highly dislike from there management and H.R. Because there's H.R. depends on higher management there's not open environment.

I have total one year experience in shalby. I was an operation executive and I worked under in hospitality management.I had got to manage all counters like reception, Billing,and operation,administrator,there was my work responsibility .
