I think management is good & spending lot for providing various training to the employee's, But this companys culture downgraded because there put too much blind trust on their HOD/ Managers, who are ripping the culture apart,especially HR Head of this company is a very egoistic guy.

Most of the dept are manager driven, & the manager are extremely rude. Doesn't know how to talk with anyone, they think of helper & operator are like lower class & they achieved some high class working as a manager, use of abusive language is very common in this company, which shows the culture of this company.

I was joined in Aug23, it was very tough decision for came from JCB to OEM based shaktiman, but I learned something new as compared to MNC OR OEM. there to no more facilities for part Fabrication after that operators doing job as well as drawing on demmller.
