there is no office arrangment, so working from home culture is there.

Dislikes

No facilites like net connectivity, office, even no support from seniors. Last but not the least, no work culture and no job security. They force employees to resign.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
