Talking about pros, If you are a good textile lover and have great patience then it's the right place for you.
Dislikes
There are so many points to talk about the dislikes. Firstly the work culture is terrible. Secondly there is no professional kind of work environment. Thirdly there will be no flexible work timings . You have work for atleast 10-11 hours per day and U will not be getting any bonus for that. Finally it's not a great place to work if you are from engineering background.
