This is a sad place if you are young and efficient. People do not look at the efficiency, they look at your age. People are not groomed for what they could get, people are just used till the time a new senior doe not come by to take care of the things and then forgotten.

I have a hectic lifestyle with insane work pressure. Though it did not ever fail to challenge me in the right ways to keep me motivated the salary package and the criticism definitely stop people from taking the next step and loving the work.
