Job security is there and for women maternity benifits are good.

The work culture is very toxic. I am part of the Business intelligence team and have experienced a very toxic atmosphere. There are 2 seniors in our team, they keep all the information to themselves and when we make mistakes they point it out. The training is very bad, nobody gives you proper guidance. This has been one of the worstwork culture that I have been a part of till now. There is no growth. The people in top will remain there and they won't give anyone an opportunity to learn or grow with them....Read More
