Welfare Officer (MSW)

Role & responsibilities

• To implement HR & Admin policies in line with company standards.
• To fulfill the manpower requirements of the factory by recruitment and selection of manpower at various levels of management across diversified functions.
• To play a proactive role in ensuring harmonious industrial relations. Must be aware of all labor laws, and also oversee the strict adherence to the same.
• To carry out the worker's engagement and retention activities, to promote harmonious relations among workers, and thereby enhance productivity levels.
• To oversee the transactional activities related to talent management and also contribute and recommend transformational process improvement.
• To supervise the time office and attendance activities.
• Effective liasoning with government/semi - govt. authorities/ local bodies to ensure good public relations.
• To handle social & buyer compliance of the Hyderabad unit.
• Ability to lead a team of HR people for handling employee grievances, training, and development so as to control attrition, thereby enhancing productivity.
• Handling and completing the personnel records, including personal files.
• Handling the payroll (Company and Contractual) of the Sarai Unit.
• Coordination with the Contractor Representative for the supply of manpower.
• To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
