There was no security in job, work culture bwas pathetic. There is no proper management for anu decision taken place. Only MD has all the rights to take decision even about the emergency leave.

Everything. Except their products and the job profile which I was working.

Job was interesting,learnt alot of things. Help to understand different roles due to no fix jobs role and responsibilities.salary structure was bad, whatever they quoted on offer latter they even unable to provide the same, even after getting good busines

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
