Faculty is good.. All the things is good except HR DEPARTMENT.

Dislikes

HR department is not cooperative as they didn't wants a good relation with new employees. They are not listening to you if the things is going a wrong toward you from university. They are very unprofessional.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
