Worst food arrangements(tight budget leading to worst canteen service as heads thing people health is not important than money and even they suffer but never demands better food ).Time based targets and no work life balance. There no much culture which can be notable. Benifit Things are limited to head office . Food is worst and thefood required to energise people who work at wind machinary is not at all ok. Last minute communication and do or die pressure due to delay in approvals(a lot of approvals). Delay in decision making . Centralise sources without proper communication which can be hard to reach for material during requirements. Department knowledge transfer for newbies or new joining persons is not available except free online material. If company can't provide proper food atleast charge to employees and give healthy food . Also HR joining process are fast but when leaving you will see a lot of delay in closure ( they will take at least few months to year). More than work there are only pretending....Read More
