Very disappointed by company policy. I joind as FTS no perks benifit included only accidental insurance provided for employees only not for family members it means they are not coverd at all. I have been in sgs from 2 years not a single upraisal received no salary increased no job security company can terminate when ever they want. I recommend not to join this company.

Politics, they were building thire own state groups, no cultural activities, no benifits, I heard lot of employees saying that I'm unsatisfied and over stressed here, management is not good as well, they will make rules and the only break it first.

I have been with sgs ahemdabad for 4 months , the internal politics have seriously affected my experience here. Favoritism is rampant and decisions often seem to be based more on personal relationship than on merit ( instrument department due to team leader) . Also there's a lack of transparency from management, which creates a toxic atmosphere where employees are left in the dark about important changes and decisions.
