I have been with sgs ahemdabad for 4 months , the internal politics have seriously affected my experience here. Favoritism is rampant and decisions often seem to be based more on personal relationship than on merit ( instrument department due to team leader) . Also there's a lack of transparency from management, which creates a toxic atmosphere where employees are left in the dark about important changes and decisions. Sgs is good company however the work environment surrounding me in Ahmedabad is not good.

Please review your manager and team leader skill and expertise. Are they capable to lead a team? They do not have manners to talk with their colleagues. I myself did work of 3 person for a whole year . But do not hired another person. And eventually I resigned due to overwork load. Please sgs save your brand with that type of wood eaters.🙏

Nothing to like ... Some things were there but since the management changed everything has been screwed up.

Almost everything is disliking here .. Managers are not supportive. Internal politics are so much annoying that no body would like to stay even for a year.

Very disappointed by company policy. I joind as FTS no perks benifit included only accidental insurance provided for employees only not for family members it means they are not coverd at all. I have been in sgs from 2 years not a single upraisal received no salary increased no job security company can terminate when ever they want. I recommend not to join this company.

Politics, they were building thire own state groups, no cultural activities, no benifits, I heard lot of employees saying that I'm unsatisfied and over stressed here, management is not good as well, they will make rules and the only break it first.
