Less technical skills development, they will train you in marketing, sales perfectly but when it's about technical there are some less chances

Very disappointed by company policy. I joind as FTS no perks benifit included only accidental insurance provided for employees only not for family members it means they are not coverd at all. I have been in sgs from 2 years not a single upraisal received no salary increased no job security company can terminate when ever they want. I recommend not to join this company.
