Overall a great company, nice people, variety of work, high growth potential, huge learning and upskilling opportunities, management is supportive

Dislikes

Don't expect high end MNC culture like free cabs, free food, etc. leaves quota is also average, your job could be highly demanding in terms of time as well as quality

If you think that you will get better exposure and alot to learn at some what small scale organization rather than big old banks. Then SGA is NOT the place.
