Flexible timing, good payment, can get leaves easily. Great technical learnings.

Lot of work. Politics, Pressure & harassment by seniors who sit in the cabin (AGM, DGM, GM etc). They shout at you like you are a labour & plan politics in such a way that employee plans to leave the job as early as possible. (Proposal & Sales department is not a good team to work). I struggled a bit in the beginning, later on I learnt how to do into various design activities. Also I learnt regarding the execution of projects on site and their issues while doing the troubleshooting of Equipments and systems.
