safety -No system for capturing /minimizing unsafe acts & unsafe condition. No Initiative from Top management. No proper health checks for the Plant/utility equipment's.(No Preventive/predictive Maintenance systems) No Job security excess un utilized staff. morale of workers very low....Read More

Seven Up Bottling company ltd was good for many years with best in Management, but on current leadership, company is declining and no value of good technical personnel. And competitive salary wise is very poor... Salary is not going sometimes 3 months or upto 5 months to India from last year ... As Dollars and Naira currency exchange rate has very higher side.. Also USD getting to company is challenging for groups because of sales growth is declining... For expats and technical expertise....life is stressful and too much blame game... Because of current Management is not supportive with Indian and special who ever smart and having good knowledge from their top management.. Also poor level politics, no technical support, no overhauling work and spares parts management culture, No futuristic plan and approach on machine and human life.. No career growth as expats in this factory.. Offshore salary transfer challenge.. Currently all expatriate are facing challenges from last year January 2020.....Read More
