Salary wise its good. Gives a reasonable salary though shows partiality towards some employees.

There are many things which I don't like but the most important thing is there is no proper HR department in company

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
