Nothing. Worst school to work with less if u have no self respect then only join this school

Every bit of it . Principal is the worst with zero knowledge baised administration is worst . Teachers who can take part in politics with principal are most welcome. But zero appraisal will be done. I repeat if u have no self respect then only join this school.

No life . Even if u give ur 200% and principal doesn't like you ur hard work willl be a zero. Worst principal and administration staff . Even after resignation they may ask for 3months salary or they will not pay u 2months salary . Worst school

1) Pathetic nature Of chair person Mrs Suman Mehta, She is like Gunda of the school always speaks like lady don she don't have any manners to speak with staff 2) pathetic behaviour of Principal Deepinder Kaur Chadda, She is the most evil woman on earth, she is always in angry and bad mood. She doesn't have manners to talk with staff. She harrasses a lot by giving lot of burden forcing teachers not to leave on time also at the time of interview she will discuss the salary amount but the time of payment she will give you less amount by saying we have discussed this much amount. Also if you wish to leave that school by providing proper procedure than also she will harrass you a lot by not giving your original Documents till the next academic year. There is nothing to like. Everything is worst.

Dislikes

If you are hardworking they will make you suffer by burdening you with all the work. There is no rest time. Lots of work load. And they play politics with you. If you want to leave they will give bad reviews about you even if you are great with your work and teaching. You won't get holidays at all even on Sundays they will call you for work. And don't expect vacation at all for any occasion.

There is lot of politics when it comes to the managemebt .There is no growth in salary.There is a 3yrs bond which you have to sign before joining.

Terrible school, management and principal..They don't even pay teachers even after serving the notice period.. My money is pending with them, they are saying they are not gonna pay.
