Sevenhills hospital is a place were I feel very comfortable for working we are working as a team wrk friendly manager have learned many things from this organisation.

Dislikes

Not getting salary on time they give but delay sometimes.

Handling complaints, escorting to new patients from registration area to Drs chambers, escorting VIP patients assist fr they further investigation, handling quires, taking IPD rounds on daily basis taking freedbck from discharged patients and analyze.

This is the place where i would like to work again and again but the management needs to be change as soon as possible and worth peraon should work their. If a person is good looking or soft spoken it dosent mean he or she is manageable ,a person can look after everything with proper care and maitaing rules and regulation that is called management.

Sevenhills hospital is best place for freshers. Freshers can learn and practice many things. On a daily basis you'll get a new work to do with new method and method.

The H.R management is so worst. Politics is the major part is this hospital. Freshers and experienced have no difference. No career growth at all. HODs will not judge you by your skills they'll judge you how much contact do you have in this hospital. People won't mind there own business. Always keep interfering into anothers personal life.

There’s a lot of racism. And people who have been working for quite sometime are forgiven even in cases of serious mistakes that could even cost the patient their lives. People in the administration are extremely rude which will make you seem like you are working in an exceptionally low place. The work culture is toxic and seniors don’t believe in team work. On call consultants don’t pick up calls at night. In an emergency situation, it becomes extremely unreliable since most of the on call consultants don’t respond.
