Worst management ever. • They don't care about employees Staffs are not satisfied with management No respect for employees Non qualified managers and HODs They have appointed people who are not even 12th pass, some you will meet who haven't cleared their secondary schooling No timely salaries No increment, people working on same salary from last 5-6 years Some people haven't got there 3 to 4 months salary yet There is no any bonus for employees Managers and HODs scold employees and fire them on silly things and management is not going to listen your point why they have fired you, management even don't entertain employees they think employees are nothing in front of us they don't even allow employees to meet management • They are very egoistic people, if you are hurt their ego or not satisfying to their ego they will fire you without prior notice, even if you prove them wrong with all evidence even then they won't accept their mistakes and will fire you . Sevenhills hospital is best place for freshers. Freshers can learn and practice many things. On a daily basis you'll get a new work to do with new method and method.

The H.R management is so worst. Politics is the major part is this hospital. Freshers and experienced have no difference. No career growth at all. HODs will not judge you by your skills they'll judge you how much contact do you have in this hospital. People won't mind there own business. Always keep interfering into anothers personal life.

There’s a lot of racism. And people who have been working for quite sometime are forgiven even in cases of serious mistakes that could even cost the patient their lives. People in the administration are extremely rude which will make you seem like you are working in an exceptionally low place. The work culture is toxic and seniors don’t believe in team work. On call consultants don’t pick up calls at night. In an emergency situation, it becomes extremely unreliable since most of the on call consultants don’t respond.
