SHH Mumbai is a great infrastructure and fully equipped hospital with ample work force. I have worked during covid. This infrastructure was so easy to follow all covid protocols. Wards are well equipped. Cleanliness is great. Labs and imaging department are prompt. For a Fresher and tenured personal this is a good place to work. Also its NABH accredited, so thats an add on. Has RMO rooms and quarters. HAs nursing students also. Technically equipped for adding notes and taking follow up on investigations. Instead of working at small hospitals for peanuts salary and giving your 100% yet no appreciation its better to work at such hospitals where RMO can actually work peacefully with good team....Read More

You will learn lots of new things, how to work with big hospital setups. Work culture is good but you have to do little compromise with your yearly package. Can not expet good salary package like Hinduja or Leelavati but after all your experience is also matters. Overall I enjoyed my working period.

Sevenhills hospital is best place for freshers. Freshers can learn and practice many things. On a daily basis you'll get a new work to do with new method and method.

The H.R management is so worst. Politics is the major part is this hospital. Freshers and experienced have no difference. No career growth at all. HODs will not judge you by your skills they'll judge you how much contact do you have in this hospital. People won't mind there own business. Always keep interfering into anothers personal life.

There’s a lot of racism. And people who have been working for quite sometime are forgiven even in cases of serious mistakes that could even cost the patient their lives. People in the administration are extremely rude which will make you seem like you are working in an exceptionally low place. The work culture is toxic and seniors don’t believe in team work. On call consultants don’t pick up calls at night. In an emergency situation, it becomes extremely unreliable since most of the on call consultants don’t respond.
