There’s a lot of racism. And people who have been working for quite sometime are forgiven even in cases of serious mistakes that could even cost the patient their lives. People in the administration are extremely rude which will make you seem like you are working in an exceptionally low place. The work culture is toxic and seniors don’t believe in team work.
