There are so many to dislike setindiabiz - office politices, Delay in salary, humiliate to employees, can do anything to get in profit, worst upper and middle management.. and so on.

I joined this company as an accountant a couple of years ago. Have had both good and bad experiences of working here. Among the pros of working in this company, I believe is the sheer depth of knowledge and skills you will gain. With each passing day, they learn and perform. You will feel the work pressure, but if you take it as a challenge, you'll experience unbelievable personal growth.

Dislikes

The biggest drawback working here was the lack of staff. The manpower shortage was so serve that the backlog of cases was a common thing. Their hiring process was slow and inefficient. People often had to multitask beyond their capacity to keep up.

I worked for this consultancy and was extremely disappointed to find that they did not pay me for the work I had done. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they refused to pay what was owed to me, which caused a great deal of financial hardship. As an employee, I feel let down and undervalued by this company. Unprofessional people. 5 star reviews posted here are fake and are posted in the last week of February to increase the chances of getting good employees. Do not fall for such ungrateful people.

Currently Working here as an accountant. I was recommended here by a friend of mine. Must say, whatever I heart about this place, especially from fellow accountants is true. this is a great place to work with diversified clients across industries on a huge range of accounting products. You'll learn a lot here if you stay productive.

Dislikes

Overwork and overtime are very common in this company, especially for my profile taking leaves can be frowned upon if there's work pending. This discourages employees from giving their best.

"I've noticed that SetIndiaBiz has a strict reporting time policy, and there can be consequences for being late. However, as a night owl, I believe it would be helpful if they could be a bit more flexible with the morning reporting time. Overall, I think SetIndiaBiz is a great workplace, and I appreciate their commitment to punctuality. I am working here currently as an accountant. Joined just a few months ago. My experience in the company has mostly been good. Be it the management, colleagues, team members or team leaders, all are very supportive and patient. Teamwork is a major plus point in this company. People just get the job done, and do not play blame games around here. Of course, you are held responsible for your mistakes, but you're not beaten to death for it!...Read More

They have really low employee retention rates, especially in the technical profiles. The management sometimes is too quick to lost patience. They can make erratic decisions without how it would impact you and your future. This is both a positive and negative for this company.

I am 23M left my job as accountant in this company. Having an experience of 2 years, I joined this company with hope. But now due to toxic work culture I have resigned from my job. I came across negative reviews on AmbitionBox now only and I regret not reading them before.
