They should hire one capable Admin. Admin was appointed without interview and must hire a professional admin. As a former employee of the school, I want the school to grow. He knows nothing as how to manage the institution. Admin must respect teachers, bus drivers or any other workers of the school. One has to be a man of words but he is a runner and asks teachers to wait for more than an hour outside his cabin. Nothing is streamlined, Chaotic Environment due to mismanaged leaders, which drains away energy of the teachers. A lot of favouritism. Hell lot of activities due to which teachers don’t get enough time to complete the syllabus.

A very well organized working system. For every task a good training is given the starting of any work. School management is very supportive and caring for every staff member.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this organisation

The organization failed to fulfill any of the promises made during the hiring process, including salary increments and incentives. Proper documentation, like the joining letter, was delayed and incorrect, and despite multiple requests, a revised letter was never provided. None of the promised incentives were realized. Upon resignation, they refused to issue an experience letter unless one month’s salary was paid or the notice period was served.
